One of the benefits of my work is I get to collaborate with some very talented people. David G. Loyola is one of those multi discipline artist who excels in any direction he pursues. His latest project is a collection of songs he has written. You Know My Name is the first to be released, with more soon to come.
When David asked me to create a lyric video for this piece I knew that the footage was something I personally wasn’t able to film at the time. You Know My Name is a song that invokes the vastness of nature that God has created, and within that infinite beauty still He knows us personally. The vision far reached my abilities so quickly I turned to Artgrid for help. My goal was to find landscapes generally unfamiliar to our audience to show the immense grandeur of our world - and yet lonely and desolate.
You Know My Name is a song about doubt, hope, and the acknowledgment of the scope of all things.
